In March of 2004 Bradburn travelled to Russia to photograph the Bolshoi as they honored the 100th anniversary of the birth of the legendary choreographer, George Balanchine. Bradburn would like to thank the Administration and Artists of the Bolshoi Theater, particulalry General Director Anatoly Iskanov, Artistic Director Alexi Ratmansky. Special thanks are also due to Barbara Horgan of the Balanchine Trust, and his friend and colleague John Clifford. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these photographs will be donated to the Bolshoi Theater Restoration Fund and The Balanchine Trust. |
